Dr. Ezra Shoshani is a dairy consultant based in Israel and a lecturer on the Faculty of Agriculture, Hebrew University. He was previously the Dairy Advisor for the Agricultural & Rural Development Ministry and Counsellor for Science and Agriculture for the Embassy of Israel, Beijing, China.
